Impeller Blunger is provided for ceramics bodies and glazes agitation. The blunger allows to prepare the ceramic slip by dissolving ball clay, filter cakes after filter press or dried granulate form of the ceramic mass in water and intensively mixes them to compose pulp.
Ball mills are provided for wet grinding of the materials. The lining of the ball mill is made of polyurethane and the ceramic plates.
Vibration sieve is provided for slurry, glaze, ceramic slip separation.
Electromagnetic separator is based on fine mesh screen for ceramic slip jigging. Electromagnets are used to catch any ferrous particles contained in the whiteware body.
Filter presses are provided for moisture removal out of the body slip and applied for ceramic body preparation with the moisture content of 19…26%. All presses are calculated for the operational pressure of 1,6…1,8 Mpa. Filter cake thickness is 30±3 mm.
Membrane pump is provided for ceramic slip and glaze pumping and delivery. The pumps have long service life and simple in operation.
Vacuum press is a machine for producing more or less continuous lengths of plastic sections. Its essential elements are a tubular barrel, a revolving screw within the barrel; a hopper at one end from which the material to be extruded is fed to the screw, and a die at the opposite end for shaping the extruded mass.
